Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing, we cannot change the delivery address once the package has been shipped.
However, in some cases due to an incorrect address by the customer, if any package is returned to us, the customer will be charged a reshipment fee. A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned, the charge will be 25% of the total charge per item.
Otherwise, due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Cosmetics cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. But if by chance you are unsatisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
